What to Include in Your Message
If you’re reporting an issue or error
Please include the page URL, what looks wrong, and what you think the correct information should be. If you have a source (label text, manual page, extension publication), mention it so we can verify and fix the page properly.
If you’re asking a farming question
Tell us the crop, your general region/state, and what you’re working with (rainfed or irrigated, rough soil type if you know it, and the problem you’re seeing). The more specific you are, the more useful our reply will be.
If your question is about tools or equipment
Tell us the exact model (or the link), what you’re trying to do with it, and what’s not working the way you expected.
Partnerships, PR, and Product Submissions
We’re open to hearing about tools and equipment that are relevant to crop farming, but it should be pass the quality as well as reliable tools for crop farming. If you’re a brand or PR contact, please include pricing, availability, warranty details, and what makes the product different.
We do not guarantee coverage. If we do cover a product that was provided for free or discounted, we disclose that in the article where it appears.
Response Time
We’re a small operation and handle the site individually, so response times can vary by season. If your message is time-sensitive, put that in the subject line.
